All diesel vehicles that travel into these states are subject to the following state emissions programs:

 

 

*Arizona	HEAVY DUTY VEHICLES 40% opacity for 1991 and newer 55% opacity for 1990 and older
British Columbia	HEAVY DUTY VEHICLES Pilot program is currently operating. 40% opacity for 1991 and newer 55% opacity for 1990 and older LIGHT DUTY VEHICLES 5% opacity for 1995 and newer 10% opacity for 1988 – 1994 20% opacity for 1987 and older
*California	HEAVY DUTY VEHICLES 40% opacity for 1991 and newer 55% opacity for 1990 and older
*Colorado	HEAVY DUTY VEHICLES 35% opacity for naturally-aspirated 20% opacity for turbo-charged LIGHT DUTY VEHICLES 40% opacity for naturally-aspirated 35% opacity for turbo-charged
